Lauren Cristaldi is a data analytics and business intelligence professional with almost eight years of experience helping organizations transform data into meaningful insights. She currently serves as a Lead Consultant at XeoMatrix, where she partners with clients across industries to design and deliver impactful reporting solutions, streamline data processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
Prior to her current role, Lauren worked as an Information and Business Systems Analyst at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, where she supported enterprise systems, optimized reporting, and developed solutions that improved accessibility and efficiency.
With expertise spanning data analysis, visualization, and system integration, Lauren thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and business strategy. She is passionate about uncovering insights that empower organizations to operate smarter and achieve their goals.
When she isn’t developing dashboards for her clients, she enjoys creating other dashboards on Tableau Public – she really loves Tableau dashboards. She also enjoys sailing around Charleston with her husband and their dog.
